Happy World Book Day

Wow! It's been a very busy time for Cate Douglas, who is reading to 845 children, over 19 sessions in six schools, this week alone. Today children have been celebrating World Book Day and dressing up as their favourite character from a book of their choice, and we are delighted and extremely proud to hear that some little girls went to school dressed as Poppy, complete with red T-shirt, yellow trousers, blue shoes—and, of course, Poppy's rainbow tail. We hope everyone involved has had a wonderful time and really sparked their enthusiasm for reading.
